The Sweet Pea Wedding Package — Day-Of wedding coordination for the couple who has booked their vendors and venue and will plan their Lake Tahoe wedding but need a coordinator to manage the ceremony rehearsal, timeline, vendor relations and all the details on their wedding day.
The Tulip Wedding Package — Month-Of wedding coordination for the couple who has booked their vendors and venue and will plan their wedding but need a coordinator to start managing the details of their Lake Tahoe wedding one month prior.
The Rose Wedding Package — Full service wedding planning for the couple who require professional guidance to take them through the entire planning process, assemble their team of vendors, and manage every detail on their Lake Tahoe wedding day.
The Dahlia Wedding Package — Premiere wedding design and planning for the couple who require professional guidance to take them through the entire planning process of their destination wedding and weekend of events.
For all packages your Summit Soiree wedding planner will:
Create a Wedding Day Timeline for your Wedding Party and a Wedding Day Itinerary for vendors
Distribute Timeline to Vendors and Wedding Party
Contact all vendors regarding set-up time, location(s) and details
On your Wedding Day, your Summit Soiree wedding planner will:
Provide 8-10 hours of Coordination on the Wedding Day
Provide One Assistant Wedding Coordinator for the Tulip, Rose and Dahlia packages
Oversee Set-up and Design of Ceremony and Reception
Receive Deliveries, Gifts and Greet Vendors
Manage Service Staff regarding Set-up and Compliance to Site/Room Diagram
Direct Ushers and Program Distribution during the Ceremony
Oversee Set-up and Placement of all Personal Items – Guest Book, Favors, Toasting Flutes, Cake Servers, Programs, Place Cards, Table Numbers, etc.
Direct Wedding Party
Greet Guests
Communicate with the Musicians on Ceremony Timing
Cue Band/DJ throughout Reception to Ensure Timeline is Followed
Deliver Personal items at the end of the Evening; such as Gifts, Guest Book, Toasting Flutes, Cake Servers, etc.
Assist Bride, Groom and Wedding Party with any Needs they may have
Distribute any Payments and/or Gratuities to Vendors
Decorate the Bridal Suite
Ensure Wedding Party Receives their Bouquet, Corsages and Boutonnieres
Maintain Timing, Flow and Expectations of the Wedding Ensuring it's Success
